I am desperately finding ways to help me lose weight without sacrificing my health. I've tried a lot of over-the-counter pills, tea, and coffee sold at local Chinese drugstores but none of it really works for me except for this one pill called "Zhen de Shou" which rapidly made me lose weight in two months' time. I had to stop taking the pill because I'm getting stretch marks which I find really ugly.
One afternoon at work, my boss recommended this toothpaste to be featured in our magazine's section. Its called White Glo "Crave-Away" Whitening Toothpaste. A toothpaste that helps suppress your appetite and reduce hunger cravings. I was in awe to hear about it. We were also lucky to have the chance to meet up and discuss the product with the local distributor.
White Glo "Crave-Away" whitening toothpaste is packed in an open cap tube container. I was able to try the product and here's what I found out after using it for a month.
Taste:
It rekindled my childhood memory of free airline toothpaste. Specifically, the one from Delta airlines. The taste lingers with a lasting effect for about four to five hours that sort of tickles and numbs your taste buds.
Dietary:
White Glo "Crave-Away" Whitening Toothpaste claims that, The herbal formula used is absorbed through the inner lining of the mouth as you brush your teeth, sending a signal to your brain indicating "fullness."
In my case, I don't normally drink a lot of fluid but upon using the product; the effect it had on me was that I constantly craved water. Thus, leaving me with a feeling of having a dry tongue and throat.
I don't know if it's just me, but what I don't like about this product is that when the effect of the toothpaste wears off I get the feeling of wanting to eat more than what I normally have for a meal. I figured that I have to brush my teeth every four or five hours for me to achieve total diet control.
I've tried this product for a month now and honestly, I didn't lose weight. That said, I believe, however, that the toothpaste by itself won't be totally effective without proper exercise.
Whitening:
I bow to the whitening prowess of this product. I was so focused on the dietary effect of this product that I fail to notice the product's main function: whitening. I wish I took pictures of BEFORE and AFTER for you to see how great this product works. But you just have to take my word for it: the whitening part works.
I had yellow side stains before caused by my teeth's filling. But after using the product the yellow side stains lightened up and are now invisible.
Overall, I can say with conviction that it's a perfect whitening toothpaste. The product really suppresses appetite and reduces hunger cravings, but its effect only lasts for about four to five hours. You need to constantly brush your teeth and pair it with exercise and proper diet for you to achieve weight loss.
