Crab rice and fruits with yoghurt

"Aligue" or crab fat is considerably cholesterol-rich that goes along with other sinfully savory foods, like lechon or bagnet. Its rich, "umami" goodness can drown us with pleasure that just a tablespoon of it is enough to give us that filling treat.

Crab fat is also best included in pasta and "palabok" sauces. In Pampanga, crab fats are a familiar trade due to the province's riverine feature. Everyone knows how simple it is to prepare: saute garlic with the crab fat and squeeze local lime (dayap) or calamansi in it.

To cut off the rich taste of crab rice, it is amazing to pair it with fruits like the sliced apples with berry yoghurt that taste just terrific. The sweet succulence and slight sourness of green apples are always an interesting taste, both young and adults will like!
